How do I access & download invoices? This is currently not available in the mobile app – please log into WellaOne online where you will be able to access and download your invoices for past orders.
How do I find contact details for Wella? From the ‘home’ tab in the app, at the bottom of the page there is a link to the ‘contact us’ page with details.

Is live chat available in the app? There is no live chat in the App, if you require any assistance call our customer service on 1800 246100.
Can I add to favourites? Yes, there is a heart icon on the PDP next to the ‘add to cart’ where you can add to favourites. The favourites are the same as the website favourites, so anything you add from the app will be reflected in the website, and vice versa.
