TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promotion Period:
- Orders for GWP Promotion can be placed until the 5th of July 2026.
Order Processing:
- GWP is not available to customers on loan terms, Independent Stylists or Nail Techs. If you believe you should have GWP and the coupon isn't working, please contact your Account Manager or Wella Customer services on 1800 246100 option 1.
- Only 1 gift per order.
- Please allow up to 28 days (After invoice) for delivery of the gift.
- By ordering the promotion, you are asked to give up 25% of your contractual discount.
Deliveries:
- Couriers will deliver the gift directly to you between the hours of 8.30am-4pm Monday to Saturday
- Address will be the same as where your Wella deliveries go to.
Faulty Goods:
- All gifts delivered must be opened and checked within 24 hours of receipt and if the goods are faulty/broken report immediately to the Prizeshark Customer service line (below).
- Prizeshark agrees to replace a faulty product if confirmed as faulty, within the first month of delivery (excluding apple products). There after it will be the manufacturer warranty. This is included with the product. For proof or purchase contact Prizeshark Customer Service (below).
- For Apple products, Apple handle any faulty products immediately after your receipt of goods. For proof or purchase contact Prizeshark Customer Service (below).
