BlondorPlex 9 is designed to be used with Welloxon Perfect Crème Developers 1.9% 4% 6% 9% or 12% depending on the level of lightening required in a 1:1.5 or 1:2 mixing ratio.
How do I mix it?
BlondorPlex 9 s mixed 1:1.5 up to 1:2 with Welloxon Perfect Crème Developers 1.9%, 4%, 6%, 9%, and 12%. The development time is still up to 50 minutes
Why should I use BlondorPlex No2 ?
Blondorplex 9 in combination with BlondorPlex No2 provides up to 97% less breakage*.
For optimal results after lightening, apply BlondorPlex No.2 immediately after rinsing out the BlondorPlex 9 Lightener.
At this stage, the hair is more permeable, allowing for maximum absorption of the Bond Stabilizer. This helps reduce breakage by up to 97% and neutralizes any remaining lightening actives, enabling you to move on to the toning stage more quickly and effectively.

What are the steps to using BlondorPlex No2 post lightening?
After lightening the hair with BlondorPlex 9 for up to 50 minutes, rinse thoroughly to remove all visible lightening product. Squeeze out any excess water from the hair and apply 3 to 6 pumps of BlondorPlex No2, ensuring it is distributed evenly across all areas where BlondorPlex 9 was used. If the hair condition allows, detangle and comb through to ensure even application. Leave the product on for 2 minutes, then rinse and shampoo. The hair is now ready for the toning process.
Can I use a toner after Blondorplex 9?
Yes, after BlondorPlex 9 & BlondorPlex No2, you can use Shinefinity, Color Touch, BlondorPlex Creme Toners, Illumina Color, Koleston Perfect, Color Fresh, or Color Fresh Masks to tone the hair to the desired shade. Please follow the toning guidelines, development time, and mixing recommendations for the brand you intend to use.
If I want to use a BlondorPlex Crème Toner after lighteing with BlondorPlex 9 do I need to use BlondorPlex No2 before BlondorPlex Crème Toners or after?
BlondorPlex No2 should be used before applying BlondorPlex Crème Toners.
After lightening with BlondorPlex 9, rinse the hair thoroughly, remove excess water, and apply 3–6 pumps of BlondorPlex No2 from roots to ends. Leave it on for 2 minutes to help restore hair bonds and neutralise lightening actives. Then rinse, shampoo, and proceed with toning using BlondorPlex Creme Toners.
