Introducing Excel Upload: Wellastore new feature to help professionals with large orders

You asked, we listened: Save time on large orders

We know placing large orders can take a long time and our new feature is here to help. You can now upload an excel or csv file to automatically create a cart.

Follow these 6 simple steps

Prepare your Excel or CSV file, you can use our order template here.

Step 3: Add the Product ID, you can use the SKU, Short Code or EAN

Your Questions Answered

I don’t know the product Short Code. Where can I find it? The product Short Code can be found on each product page, at the end of the URL.

If you experience any issues, please feel free to contact our customer service team, they will be happy to help.

What happens if I order a product that is currently out of stock? If a product is no longer available, an error message will be displayed indicating the product is out of stock. You will then be able to add this to your wish list.

Can I use different product IDs within the same file? Yes, you can use SKU, Short Code and EAN product IDs within the same Excel file.

Why would I need a custom file needed instead of the standard template? The custom file feature is to help salons that already use a specific file. This will mean there is no need to download the Wellastore template.

I’d like to re-order some of the products from my previous orders. How can I find their codes? You can find this information by downloading your old invoices. Simply click on Account icon -> Invoices -> Nfe (Download)
