How To Encourage Your Team To Be More Creative With The Colour Formular?
"Start by just adding a few grams of a deeper or more intense shade into a familiar formula, a little goes along way, so experiment small at first. If you have a favourite shade you use a lot, try mixing it with clear to see what results you get in a more soft version. Try layering up colour to get exciting formulas, use your regular favourite shade first, process and then add something more creative in shinefinity over the top."

Vanilla Blonde Balayage
A great look for dark haired clients, James has nailed this vanilla blonde balayage, or curly balayage.
With this look, he’s ensured they can still keep their natural roots intact, meaning regrowth will be soft, seamless and lower maintenance. Channel James and pre-lighten dark hair with BlondorPlex + 6%, applied in chunky highlights, followed by a pre-toning session using Color Touch 10/6 + 1.9%. Then, tone lengths and ends once more with the coolness 9/97 + 9/16, mixed with the warmth of 8/38 for a delicate hint of gold.
Peach Blonde Balayage
James has got super creative with a peach blonde balayage, using this melt.
He has blended blonde roots into peachy-orange lengths for a two-tone look that’s sure to turn heads. Contrast is key, so channel James and go bolder with your formula, adding extra Infinite Orange to a Color Fresh CREATE mix to turn up the vibrancy. You could also take the roots ultra ice blonde to really help the peach colour pop.
Subtle Strawberry Brown
Despite the fact James has used the Shinefinity shade Raspberry Latte 07/75 here; there are serious strawberry vibes, complete with a drop of rich brunette.
Recreate this look by applying the root smudge first with 07/75 + 04/07, followed by pure 07/75 to glaze mid-lengths and ends with a flash of sheer pink.
